Designed especially for this river dining project by the naval architect Vincent Duchatelet.
L’Esprit Garonne fulfills three major commitments: a boat which has been adapted to meet the specific needs for navigating the Garonne, capable of navigating both upstream and downstream from Bordeaux – an interior spatial design conceived to be functional, refined and comfortable fading into the background to leave ample place for the surrounding natural landscapes – and finally a professional onboard kitchen permitting the preparation of fresh regional produce.
Esprit Garonne is equipped with an open deck that can accommodate the aperitif part of a dining room for 12 people offering a full panoramic view, a professional kitchen equipped to produce meals on board, a cockpit and an open foredeck to fully enjoy the view of the river.
